Description
Procedure
Add a user
1. Click Add user.
2. Fill out the following fields:
User name
User role
Language
Date format
Time format
New password
Confirm password
3. Click Add user to save the new user profile.
Delete a user
1. Select the user profile you wish to delete.
2. Click Delete user.
3. Click Delete.
Change user password
1. Select the user profile whose password you want to change.
2. Click Change password.
3. Enter the current password for the user profile.
4. Type and confirm a password that complies with the policy for your site.
5. Click Save.

User profile automatically logs out if there is no activity for
a period of time
In ABT Site Settings > User profiles > Roles, set Automatic logout
to Yes.

Idle time before an automatic logout occurs
In ABT Site Settings > User profiles > Users, modify Auto logoff
delay. Default for user profiles added in the web interface is 30
minutes.

User profile setting to automatically log out
If you are working in the web interface on a browser:
Go to Settings > select View > clear the Keep room user
logged in check box and close out of the View settings.
