4.4 Assigned devices
This function is only available for PXC5 controllers and has a max of 50 assigned devices.
Assigned devices displays information for the remote automation stations that are accessible for system control.
Discovering and assigning devices
Use this procedure to discover all devices communicating on the network and assign the desired devices for
monitoring.
1. Navigate to Configuration > Assigned devices and click Discover to trigger a discovery.
 A list of all devices communicating on the specified network displays, including the PXC5 discovering
itself.
2. Click Assign on the device(s) you want to monitor.
NOTE: You can assign all devices by selecting Assign all.
 The assigned devices are added to the Assigned devices list and are available for monitoring.
Managing Assigned devices
Use this procedure to remove devices from monitoring as well as deleting and / or rearranging the Assigned
devices list.
1. To delete a device from monitoring, click .
 Once the assigned device is deleted, it displays in the Discovered devices list again.
2. To rearrange the order of the assigned devices, click and drag-and-drop to the desired location.
