4.4.1.2 Using the Commissioning wizard
NOTE
The device may restart after the wizard completes.
The Commissioning wizard displays when you login to any operating and monitoring device with the status
Unconfigured or Download Required.
1. Login using the Administrator account.
2. Enter one of the following passwords:
– Enter OneBT if the device status is Unconfigured. For example, a new device or after a firmware update.
– Enter the password selected during the previous configuration if the device status is Download
Required.
3. Change the password as required.
 The configuration wizard displays to guide you through the device and network setup and application
activation. See the following tables for more information on the field entries.

Setting
Description
Device name
Name of the operating and monitoring device. This name displays in the status bar of the
Operation application.
Device instance number
A unique number in the range from 0 through 4194302. The number must not be used by any
other device on the BACnet network.
Description
Text field to describe the device. This description displays in the work area.
Location
Text field to describe the device location.
Time zone
Drop-down list of global time zones.
