Filter (inactive)
All parameters are displayed. Click to apply the filter and only display the most commonly
used parameters.
Filter (active)
By default, the filter is active and the most commonly used parameters are displayed. Click to
remove the filter and display all parameters.
Delete
Do the following to delete an object from the work area:
1. Click to activate Edit mode.
2. Place the cursor over the icon. Once the cursor changes to a hand, click the icon.
3. Click Delete in the dialog box to confirm the action.
Delete is not active if any check boxes have been selected.
2.5.1 Refreshing the Discovered devices structure
This procedure clears the Discovered devices list and triggers a new discovery to update the list of devices that
meet the discovery parameters.
Refreshing the Discovered devices structure
1. Open the Settings view and select Favorite commissioning.
2. Click Discovered devices in the work area.
3. Click Edit to activate Edit mode.
4. Click the Discover button to trigger a discovery.
5. Click OK to confirm the action.
No items displays while the responses from the network are being processed.
 The updated list displays.
If no other actions are required, click Edit to close Edit mode.
2.5.2 Adding a device to the Assigned devices structure
This procedure adds a discovered device to the Assigned devices structure so that it can be monitored through
ABT-SSA.
CAUTION
Do not add an operating and monitoring device as an Assigned device.
Although the Discovered devices structure displays other operating and
monitoring devices that are communicating on the network, navigation problems
will occur if you add an operating and monitoring device as an Assigned device.
