Question
My site is currently running with V3.0 licenses. It had a Subscription Expiration Date of 15.11.2018.
Since I need to upgrade to V4.1 I have ordered SUR to extend the subscription by one year. It has now
been set to 15.11.2019 which is after the release of V4.1.
Why do I not get V4.1 licenses?
Answer
Upgrade licenses are only created for sites which have an active subscription. Your new expiration date
is still in the past and the subscription status is still “expired”. You need to order SUR again to get an
expiration date in the future (15.11.2020) and to come back to an active subscription!
Please note:
Sites with an active subscription get V4.0 licenses. V4.1 licenses do not exist.
To run the software release V4.1 it is sufficient to have activated V4.0 licenses and an expiration date
after 31.10.2019!
