Question
I just have extended the Subscription Expiration date of my site to a date in the future by ordering the
corresponding number of SUR units. When will I get the V4.1 licenses?
Answer
The LMS periodically runs a task which checks all the sites with active subscriptions for missing upgrade
licenses. Since this task runs at least once a day, the V4.0 upgrade licenses will be available within 24
hours.
Please note:
Sites with an active subscription get V4.0 licenses. V4.1 licenses do not exist.
To run the software release V4.1 it is sufficient to have activated V4.0 licenses and an expiration date
after 31.10.2019!
