Can I extend my subscription by multiple years?
Answer
Yes, with some limitations:
• Currently one separate SAP order with the correct number of SUR units is required for each additional
year.
• If multiple SUR orders are required to get back to an active subscription state, then multiple SAP
orders are needed. Multiple year extensions with a single SAP order are not accepted by LMS
(License Management System).
• Currently we have a limitation for the extension to the future (up to 3 years).
