Desigo CC: Using the LMS Cockpit to Manage Software Upgrade Services

Use this document to:

 View the status of Software Upgrade Services

 View expiration dates for Desigo CC Software Upgrade Services

 Identify which parts need to be ordered to renew the Software Upgrade Services

Step-by-Step

1. Connect to the Desigo CC LMS Cockpit website: https://lmscockpit.bt.siemens.com/

2. Logon with your smart card and PIN

3. If prompted for a Country, select your country (i.e. US)

4. Select SUR/Maintenance renewal by CSID in the Orderable section of the start page (note: based on your access rights, you probably won’t see all the options in the screen cap below).

5. Use the Customer Site ID Search form to find the site(s) you’re interested in. a. If you know the Customer Site ID (CSID) for the site you’re interested in, enter it in the CustomerSiteID field at the top of the form, and then press the Search button at the bottom of the form. b. For a list of all CSIDs, enter a large number (like 5000) in the Maximum number of hits box at the bottom of the page and press the Search button. a . b .

6. If your query resulted in more than one CSID, then you will be presented with a list of sites. From here, you can navigate to view details of a particular site by clicking on the SiteID in the left-most column of the Search Site ID Results page. You can also sort the results page on any of the available columns including branch, customer name, and vertical market (aka Building type) by selecting a column and pressing the up and down arrow buttons at the top of the page.

7. The Details page will show you the following important elements of the Software Upgrade Service for the selected site. a. The current status (Active/Inactive) of the Software Upgrade Service b.
