the Desigo CC BIM viewer the digital prototype of the

building as defined by the specification and design

A digital repository of the plan and equipment would help in

reliable operation and re-design of the infrastructure when

applicable.

Information and data from building's planning and construction

phase to operations phase is not transferred into operations

phase. It is therefore costly and time-consuming to re-engineer

the data for operations in the management station. Validation of

data before it is used as a basis for engineering work is a high

effort on customer side.
