INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this Getting Started document is to support the System Engineer through the initial startup
and setup of the Desigo CC software and to connect Desigo CC to one XNET fire network. This does
not include setup for additional Clients, FEP, Desigo Fire Safety Modular, and other optional
functionalities. Once the computer and software have been successfully started then the System Engineer
can refer to the Desigo CC documentation at InfoLink

information to setup these functionalities.
The user documentation is also on the Desigo CC v3.0 DVD. This can also be accessed by selecting
“Start Documentation.bat” from the DVD directory.
1 Prerequisites
1. Desigo CC v3.0 DVD (P/N: S54469-A2-A1)
2. Desigo CC license email containing the license activation information or an Engineering Dongle
3. Comark PC (minimum of Category A) with Win 10 OS.
2 Hardware Setup
1. Connect the monitor to the Video port on the PC. Use the accompanying cable.
2. Connect the keyboard and mouse to the PC.
3. If present, connect the audio cable to the green Audio Out jack on the PC.
4. Connect the Comark Monitor Board resistor block.
5. Connect the 120 ohms resistors to the NCC-2F or SNC card per its installation instructions.
6. Verify the main power switch on the back of the PC is in the off position.
7. Connect the PC power cord to the AC power line.
8. Turn power on to the monitor and the PC.
