The configurable easy buttons screen allows
for fast and easy incident initiation.
The initiate incident wizard provides operators
with guided steps and a workflow-driven struc-
ture to ensure the appropriate response and
remain compliant with the company’s emer-
gency response plan.
The message content editor provides the
operator with the capability to revisit predefined
message details and make changes prior to
their dissemination. Capabilities include text,
audio and multimedia content, recipient selec

tion, general message settings and message
scheduling.
The browse incident/notification screens
allow easy browsing of launched incidents
and messages as well as the ability to execute
commands, such as suspending, canceling,
resuming and closing. The dedicated notifi-
cation screen provides the operator with addi-
