The required license can be added to the Standard Feature Set (CCA-STD-FSET) only.

Energy & Power Reports Require Managed Meters Managed Meters are a layer on the top of consumption trend logs. Managed meters enable : ▪ Retrospective management of metering history (historization) e.g. assign a trend log to one meter for a period of time and another trend log for another period or add an offset at a specific time.
