The following rules apply to populating the Address Book with the contacts data:
Contacts Data in the Address Book.
Field
Description
Full Name First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name with a space as separator.
Full Name is limited to 50 alphanumeric characters.
Preferred Device E-mail/SMS/pager.
E-mail1
E-mail2
E-mail3
E-mail Address.
E-mail is limited to 50 alphanumeric characters; if you exceed the
limit, the field is left empty.
SMS1
SMS2
Mobile phone number.
Pager Pager number.
The rest of the fields in the Address Book are left empty or set to default values.
13.1 Address Book Workspace
The Desigo CC Address Book workspace is divided into three parts: a toolbar, the
list of the contacts, and the details of the selected contact.
