Command Availability
Acknowledge or Reset display depends on the current status of the event
source.
Start/Stop Remote Notifications commands display only if Remote Notification
messages were configured for an event.
Silence/Unsilence commands display only if they were configured for the field
panels.
Command Execution Dependency
To execute Acknowledge, Reset, or Silence/Unsilence, you must have proper
user privileges, or the client station you’re working on must be the owner of the
field panel.
To execute Start/Stop Remote Notifications, you must have user privileges to
start remote notifications.
5.5.7 Investigative Treatment
The Investigative Treatment window displays in the work area just below the
Summary bar and Event Detail bar. It allows you to navigate [➙ 118] to other
system applications (for example, System Browser or Scheduler) while maintaining
the context of the alarm handling.
