9.7 Configuring alarm routing
The Operation application checks the database once per minute for alarms that need
to be sent. If there are multiple alarm notices for a recipient, they are sent in a single
email.
By default, the application makes three attempts to send an alarm notification email if
the alarm has not been acknowledged. The default interval between each attempt is 15
minutes.
