① Placing an object Out-of-Service or returning it to In Service
The Out of Service toggle button displays for data points that can be placed out-of-
service.
⚫ Click the toggle button to change the object status to In service or Out of service.
② Placing objects into Manual control or returning them to Auto control
The Auto/Manual toggle button displays for data points that have a BACnet priority
array.
⚫ Click the toggle button to place the object in Auto or Manual control.
If commanded to Auto, the slot in the object’s priority array is cleared.
If commanded to Manual, the object is commanded to the priority that has been
assigned to the user role.
③ Commanding objects to a new value
If minimum and maximum values have been defined for Analog objects, this range
displays above the value field.
Some objects must be placed out-of-service before the value is changed. In this
case, click Out of Service (① in the figure) and then change the value.
⚫ Change the value field or select a new value from the drop-down list.
If the object has an Auto/manual selector, it is placed into Manual mode.
If the object has a priority array, the object is commanded to the priority that has
been assigned to the user role.
④ Command action buttons
● Click Apply to save your changes and keep the dialog box open for further
commands.
● Click OK to save your changes and close the dialog box
● Click Cancel to close the dialog box without applying any changes.
