Parameter write not inhibited.
0 < r3996[0] < 100:
Parameter write inhibited. The value shows how the calculations are progressing.

Only for internal Siemens troubleshooting.
Description: Displays the PROFIenergy mode ID of the effective energy saving mode.
Value: 0: POWER OFF
2: Energy-saving mode 2
255: Ready
Note: Pe: PROFIenergy profiles
Description: Sets the minimum possible pause time for the energy-saving mode.
The value is the sum of the following times:
- Energy-saving mode transition time
- Operating state transition time
- Energy-saving mode, dwell time minimal
Index: [0] = Reserved
[1] = Mode 2
Note: It is not permissible that the value is less than the sum of the "energy-saving mode transition time" and the "operat-
ing state transition time" (system properties).
