Text Menu
§Options§ Open the text menu.
Send Dial the number of the ad-
dress or select from the
Addressbook /Phonebook,
then send.
Save Save the composed mes-
sage in the outbox list.
Clear text Clear entire text.

Insert a picture and sounds
into an SMS (p. 29) .
Insert text Insert text from a prede-
fined or newly created text
into an SMS.

Bookmarks Enter URL from the WAP
bookmark into the text.
Format Format text. The following
options are available:
Insert new line
Underlined
Strikethrough
Boldface
T9 input Input language
Select the language in
which the message is to be
written.
T9 preferred
Activate or deactivate intel-
ligent text entry
Information on SMS
Transmission of an SMS is confirmed with
Message sent.
The Message sent text only indicates that
the message has been transmitted to the
service centre. The latter now tries to deliver
the message within a certain period.
If the phone was unable to send the
message, a retry option is available. If this
attempt also fails, contact your service
provider.
