Information on the alarm
When the set date and time are
reached there is an audio and a visu-
al alarm. If an alarm is missed it ap-
pears in the list of missed appoint-
ments (p. 80).
Alarm type Memo
Meeting: The text is shown in the dis-
play.
Alarm type Call: The phone number
is displayed and can be dialled
immediately.
Alarm type Birthday: You can send
special birthday greetings by SMS,
MMS or a call via §Options§.
With Snooze you can set the alarm to
repeat.
Tasks

A task is displayed like an appoint-
ment in the agenda of the selected
day. However, unlike an appoint-
ment it does not require a time.
When no time is entered the task ap-
pears at the top of the list every day
until it is marked as completed.
The entries are made in the same
way as Appointments (see "Appoint-
ments"). Then press
Status:
Select Done or Outstanding.
Priority:
Selection in 5 levels from Lowest to
Highest.
Use Date
If activated with Yes, the following
time-input option is offered.
Due date:/Expiry time:
Enter the date and time by which the
task is to be completed.
Alarm: and Default as for Appointments.
