7.1 Diagnostics
Diagnostics data can be read from the motor starter in a number of different ways:
● Diagnostics on the device:
– Status LEDs
● Diagnostics via AS-Interface
– S1 bit in the AS-i status register
– Parameter echo after AS-i command "Write_Parameter"
P0 = 0 → messages, alarms
P0 = 1 → fault messages
● Further diagnostics options:
– Addressing and diagnostic unit
– AS-Interface analyzer
