Generating a Point Log Report
To generate a Point Log report, click Go.
The Point Log report results display as a table in the report pane.
To cancel a report in progress, click Cancel.
Changing the Width and Order of the Report Columns
The width and order of the report table columns can be changed in the report pane.
The report information can also be sorted by column.
● To change the width of the columns, click and hold the vertical edge of the column
header and move the line to the desired width.
● To change the order of the columns, click and hold the column and move it to the
desired location within the table.
● To sort the report information by column, click the arrow in the column header. The
numbers next to the column names indicate the sorting priority.
Using the Drag-and-Drop Feature to Generate a Point Log
Report of FLN Devices
You can also use the drag-and-drop feature to automatically generate a Point Log
report of FLN device points.
1. To automatically generate a Point Log report, click the Reporting bar in the left
navigation pane, and then click the Point Log Report icon .
The Report pane displays.
2. Click the Device/Points bar in the left navigation pane, and navigate to the FLN
device for which you want to generate a Point Log report.
3. Drag-and-drop that device onto the report pane.
The Point Log report for that device is automatically generated.
Exporting, Saving, and Printing a Point Log Report
The Point Log report can be exported to the system printer with a preview, or exported
as a comma separated values (CSV) file and saved.
Exporting the Point Log Report
1. Click the Export to CSV button at the top right section of the
report pane.
A dialog box opens.
2. Browse to the desired location to save the CSV file.
3. To close the Point Log report, click the on the title tab of the report pane.
