5. Move the slider back to the right to allow storage.
6. Click Close.
7. After clearing the UI cache with the steps above, it may also help to log off, close
the browser, and log on.
Clearing the Launch Pad Cache
1. Close Launch Pad.
2. Do one of the following:

In Windows XP:
In file explorer, navigate to the following folder, substituting the appropriate
username:
C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\SiemensLaunchPad
\Local Store\#SharedObjects
–
In Windows 7 and Windows 10:
In file explorer, navigate to the following folder, substituting the appropriate
username:
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\SiemensLaunchPad\LocalStore\#Shar
edObjects
3. Delete the contents of this folder.
