● User – Allows you to define user rights for working with user accounts. User
privileges require System privileges. If no System privileges are enabled then this
option is grayed out.

Hardware – Allows you to define user rights for working with hardware options.
Hardware privileges are required for SMTP Configuration Editor access. Hardware
privileges require System privileges. If no System privileges are enabled then this
option is grayed out.
Using the User Account Editor
Creating a User Account
1. Click the Users icon from the Create/Edit bar.
 The User Account Editor window displays.
2. Click the + button at the bottom left of the User Account Editor window.
 The User Account information area displays the User Info window.
3. Enter the new user information. Note that the Password and Verify Password fields
are case sensitive, and must match exactly.
4. Select the Permissions tab at the top of the User Account Editor window.
 The Permissions window displays.
