Punch Down Jumper Wires
The following table shows the cross-connect terminations used to create the chained
multi-drop RS-485 ALN and FLN communications signal in the wiring closet. Use Note
4a for floor-to-centralized distribution chain (Figure Punching Down CAT5 Cross-
Connect Wires to Connecting Blocks) and use Note 4b with a second riser cable for
floor-to-floor distribution chain (not shown).
