Alpha property, the Status to Simple feature allows you to select the Alpha
level for each status.
Examples
The following examples outline how to map the Failed state of an object to the Fault
state in FIN Builder.
Example 1: Degrading a Label Component
In this example, a Label component is set up to degrade when the device containing
the point bound to that component point is Failed. This behavior is consistent with the
basic error handling.
1. Add a Label component to your graphic.
2. Bind it to the desired device point. In our example, we are using an FLN device
point AOV1.
