Installing the Mounting Kit Base onto the

Field Panel Door (Inside or Outside)

1. Print and cut out the template image below. Use the

template to determine the appropriate location for

the mounting kit base.

2. If attaching the base with screws, use the template

to determine the location for the holes to be drilled

into the enclosure door. Drill the holes using a 1/8”

bit.

3. Do one of the following:

 If you are MOUNTING INSIDE THE DOOR:

Proceed to Step 4.

 If you are MOUNTING OUTSIDE THE DOOR:

Make a 5/8” to 3/4” hole using a drill or knock-

out tool. Route the cable through the hole

before continuing with the installation.

4. Attach the other end of the cable to the connector

underneath the circuit board inside the base. Secure

the cable using the cable restraint and the notch on

the bottom of the cover.

5. Affix the base to a flat section toward the middle of

the enclosure door using one of the following

methods:

a. Remove the backing from the attached

adhesive strip, and press the base firmly

to the surface of the enclosure door, or

b. Attach the base to the enclosure door

using the two screws included in the

mounting kit.

6. Mount the PXM10T/S or HOA to the base as shown

below.

7. Use the wire ties to secure the cable.

The installation is now complete.
