6. Remove the outlet cover and disconnect the
outlet. Cap the wires for use at a later time.
7. Remove the four nuts holding the metal frame to
the panel (Figure 1).
CAUTION:
Ensure all wiring is moved out of the way
of the metal frame and termination strips.
8. Remove the metal frame that holds the
termination strips, card cage, and power supply
from the panel (Figure 1).
NOTE: If the frame cannot be removed as
one piece, then remove it in sections,
as required, to prevent damage to
the wiring.
9. Properly dispose of RPU, RCU, or RCU P2
components.
The removal is now complete.
