Installing the Migration Backplane
for UC:
For UC migration, refer to the Fast Forward
Migration Manual (545-328) available on the
migration website for step-by-step
instructions to minimize labor costs and
customer down time.
WARNING:
This installation should only be done by a
qualified electrician or an authorized

representative.
DANGER:
Shutting down the UC Panel may not
disconnect all high voltage I/O.
If no disconnect means are available use
the wire nuts supplied to protect exposed
terminals with voltage present.

Installing the Migration Backplane
for FLNC:
WARNING:
This installation should only be done by a
qualified electrician or an authorized

representative.
1. Mount the migration backplane in the enclosure
using six ¾” long #6-32 hex standoffs provided.
2. Replace 4 existing hex standoffs in enclosure
with new supplied standoffs
3. Add 2 remaining standoffs to bottom of
backplane to provide additional support (these 2
will not screw down to enclosure.)
