Initiate a hands-free speakerphone
operation. Refer to “Using the
Speakerphone” on page 3-10 for
information on how to make a call on the
speakerphone.

Place the handset on-hook if it is off-hook.
OR
Place the handset off-hook if it is on-hook.
To answer a call
on a Preview line

If your phone is idle, go off-hook and begin
speaking while the preview information is
displayed.
If you are active on a call, turn the Preview
key off before answering the call.
