To call the Pho-
neMail system or
a voicemail sys-
tem when the
PhoneMail status
light is not on

Press the PhoneMail (PHMAIL) key.
The communications server calls whatever
number has been configured for the phone
at the communications server. This number
can be for the PhoneMail system or a
destination such as another voicemail
system.
To turn off the
Mailbox status
light for a mes-
sage on a non-
display phone
➩
Get a dial tone.
➩
Dial * 5 2.
You will hear the confirmation tone. The
Mailbox status light turns off.
➩
Hang up.
Note:
Turning off the Mailbox status light does not delete messages.
