Saving Station Numbers,

Functions, Procedures and

Appointments

You can save a frequently-dialed numb er, or frequently-

used functions/procedures (comprising several operat-

ing steps) to any free key on your telephone or add-on

device.

If you have programmed a Shift key, you can assign

numbers and functions on two levels of the program-

mable keys. The second (Shift level) can accept only an

external station number.

Saving Repertory Dialing Numbers on

a Key

Press the key. The LED lights up.

Select and confirm.

Enter the code.

If applicable If the "Shift Key" has b een configured Æ page 54, press

the key.

Press the key. If the key is already in use, its assignment

appears on the screen.

Confirm.

Enter the station number.

Confirm.

or If yo u make a mistake:

Select and confirm. This deletes all entered digits.
