Local actuator operation
Local actuator operation is performed using the local controls push buttons of actuator
controls.

[1] Push button for operation command in direction OPEN
[2] Push button STOP
[3] Push button for operation command in direction CLOSE
[4] Push button RESET
[5] Selector switch
CAUTION
Hot surfaces, for example, possibly caused by high ambient temperatures or
strong direct sunlight!
Danger of burns. Check surface temperature and wear protective gloves, if required.
● Set the selector switch [5] to the Local control (LOCAL) position.
▶The actuator can now be operated using the push buttons [1 – 3]:
● To run the actuator in the OPEN direction: Press the [1] push button.
● To stop the actuator: Press the [2] STOP push button.
● To run the actuator in the CLOSE direction: Press the [3] push button.
Information: The OPEN and CLOSE operation commands can be given either in
push-to-run or self-retaining operation mode. In self-retaining mode, the actuator runs
to the defined end position after pressing the button, unless another command has
been received beforehand. For further information, please see the Manual (Operation
