Answer an incoming night call as follows:
1. When you hear the night alerting tone, lift the receiver.
2. Listen for the dial tone.
3. Dial .
4. Begin speaking.
Station Pickup
The station pickup feature allows you to answer a call that is ringing at
another extension number, if you know the extension number. You can
also use this feature to answer calls that are on hold or queued at
another extension number.
Answer a call that is ringing, on hold, queued, or parked at
another extension number as follows:
1. Lift the receiver.
2. Listen for the dial tone.
3. Dial .
4. Dial the extension number.
5. Begin speaking.
Answer a call at another extension number while talking on your
telephone as follows:
1. Hang up from the current caller.
2. Press flash.
3. Dial .
4. Dial the ringing extension number.
5. Answer the call.
6. Press flash to return to the first caller.
