Changing the Node Address Changing the Node Address
In our example, we do not need to
change the node address. In practice,
however, this is often necessary.
Select the other nodes one after
another and check the input and output
addresses. The "Configuring
Hardware" application has adapted all
the addresses, so there are no double
assignments.
Let us imagine that you want to change
the address of the ET200M:
Select the ET200M and double-click
DI32xDC24V (slot 4).
Now change the input addresses in the
"Addresses" tab of the "Properties"
dialog box from 6 to 12.
Close the dialog box with OK.
