Server as the basis for a multi-user operator and monitoring station for

SICLIMAT X.

Application

The OSM-Econel 50 (X-OS) consists of the hardware only. The SICLIMAT X software

is optional.

It communicates with the connected SIMATIC S7 automation stations via the Industrial

Ethernet system bus. The E/P-Link module is required for connection of the SIMATIC

S7 automation stations via the Profibus.

If the OSM-Econel 50 is used to replace existing computers (e.g. for service), the S5

link is required (to accommodate the ISA modules).

Features The main operator station is designed on the basis of a modern PC. The mini-tower incorporates spare PCI slots for quick I/O cards and a built-in graphics processor. The Celeron processor has a clock speed of 2.8 GHz and 512 Mbytes of memory. The SATA hard disk has a capacity of 80 Gbytes. A maximum of 4 hard disks can be plugged in at RAID level 1. The first operator station, which also incorporates the system console, can be connected via the built-in graphics processor (FTF monitor recommended).
