If the XMU+ does not come online, complete the following troubleshooting tasks in
the order shown until the problem is resolved.
Check for power
supply failures.
If XMU+ Hardware Failures Occur...
Verify that power
circuits are functional.
Verify line card
operation.
Verify T1/E1 line
card operation.
Perform an
audio test.
Perform
a reset.
Perform a
quick reset.
Select a previous
firmware version.
Reset XMU+ to
factory defaults.
