Application areas

The current monitoring relays are used, for example, in the following applications:

• Undercurrent monitoring and overcurrent

• Wire-break monitoring

• Threshold switch for analog signals from

4 to 20 mA

• Emergency lighting (failure of a lamp → drop

in current strength in the system)

• Heating systems (electroplating plants, plastic

injection machines, paintshops)

• Lamps (tunnels, OP lighting, traffic lights,

signal systems, UV lamps, infrared radiators,

laser lamps)
