Zulässige Bemessungsdaten approbierter Geräte für Nordamerika (UL/CSA)
Die Leistungsschalter der Reihe 3RV1 sind approbiert für
UL/CSA und können gemäß UL 508 und CSA C22.2 No.14 ein-
zeln oder auch als Verbraucherabzweige in Kombination mit
einem Schütz eingesetzt werden.
Diese Leistungsschalter können als „Manual Motor Controller“
für „Group Installations“, als „Manual Motor Controller Suitable
for Tap Conductor Protection in Group Installations“ und als
„Self-Protected Combination Motor Controller (Type E)“ verwen-
det werden.
Leistungsschalter 3RV1 als „Manual Motor Controller“
Der Einsatz des Leistungsschalters als „Manual Motor Control-
ler“ erfolgt immer mit einem vorgeordneten Kurzschlussschutz.
Dazu sind zugelassen approbierte Sicherungen oder ein Leis-
tungsschalter nach UL 489/CSA C22.2 No.5-02. Die Dimensio-
nierung dieser Geräte muss gemäß der Installationsvorschrift
National Electrical Code (UL) bzw. Canadian Electrical Code
(CSA) erfolgen.
Die Genehmigung der 3RV als Manual Motor Controller erfolgte
unter den File-Nummern:
• UL File No. 47705, CCN: NLRV,
• CSA Master Contract 165071, Product Class: 3211 05.
1) hp-rating = Leistung in horse power (maximale Motorleistung).
2) FLA = Full Load Amps / Motor-Volllaststrom.
3) Entspricht „short circuit breaking capacity“ gemäß UL/CSA.
