23.2 Desigo system compatibility basics
23.2.1 Compatibility with BACnet standard
Desigo supports the following BACnet protocol revisions:
● Desigo CC: 1.15
● Desigo room automation stations: 1.13
● Desigo PX, PXM20: 1.12
● Desigo Control Point PXG3.Wxxx and PXMx0: 1.13
● PXG3 router: 1.13
There are third-party BACnet devices on the market that support higher BACnet protocol revisions.
Key
① Desigo CC
② Desigo devices with a lower revision or the same revision as Desigo CC
③ Third-party BACnet devices with a higher revision than Desigo CC
Properties from earlier BACnet protocol revisions can be read by a BACnet device even if the device supports a higher BACnet
protocol revision than Desigo CC.
New properties from a BACnet protocol revision higher than Desigo CC cannot be read or changed, because they are not
recognized by Desigo CC.
