Central functions 4x Control room operating mode groups with:
Room mode and room setpoint distribution to rooms
Start optimization switches the heating on at the appropriate time
Three delayed distribution groups of room operating mode for big
buildings
1x Seasonal compensation of room temperature setpoints
2x Demand controlled hot water supply group
2x Demand controlled chilled water supply group with:
Condensation prevention shifts the base chilled water setpoint to avoid
condensation at chilled ceiling radiant devices
Two pipe changeover control handles the heating / cooling changeover for
a two-pipe system
Free cooling manages the delivery of chilled water in situations where this
can be done with almost a zero expenditure of energy, e.g., chiller plants
with the possibility to cool the water with the recoolers when outside
conditions are favorable.

working of the primary plant
