Base Station Settings
All base station settings are conveniently made using
the handset!
Changing the System PIN
To protect the system settings from unauthorized ac-
cess you should change the system PIN (default: 0000)
to a PIN that only you know. This also enables remote
operation (answering machine).
MENU Press Menu.

Scroll to Base Settings and confirm.

System-PIN [
Scroll to System-PIN and confirm.
System PIN [ Enter the current system PIN and confirm
(default: 0000).
o Enter the new system PIN (4 digits).
D Scroll down one line.
o Re-Enter the new system PIN.
[ Press OK to save the new PIN.
Resetting the Base Station to the Default
Settings
Resetting the base station does not affect the system
PIN or handset registration. Voice patterns and memo-
ry list entries are deleted.
MENU Press Menu.
