Deleting an Entry
D Open the directory by pressing on the bottom of the
navi key.
Speech Press Speech.
D E [ Scroll to desired user and confirm.
D Scroll to desired entry.
MENU Press Menu.

D Delete Entry [
Scroll to Delete Entry and confirm.
A check prompt will be shown.
If you answer it with:
Yes the entry and all its voice patterns are deleted -
a confirmation beep is generated.
Deleting a Voice Pattern
For an entry you can delete the voice pattern of a spe-
cific user. The voice patterns of all other users are not
affected.
D Open the directory by pressing on the bottom of the
navi key.
Speech Press Speech.
D E [ Scroll to desired user and confirm.
D Scroll to desired entry.
MENU Open the menu.

D Del Voice Entry [
Scroll to Del Voice Entry and confirm - A confirmation
beep sounds. The voice pattern is deleted.
If you are deleting the last voice pattern (of four possi-
ble voice patterns), answer the check prompt with:
Yes if the voice pattern and the entry are to be deleted
or No if the voice pattern and the entry are not to be dele-
ted.
If you delete the voice pattern of an entry the te-
lephone number and the relevant name are not
affected.
Prerequisite: Voice patterns of other users are
still available for this entry.
