Setting pauses
Changing pause after line seizure
You can change the length of pause that is
inserted between pressing the talk key
c and sending the number.
v Open menu.

Press keys.
~ Enter digit for the pause
length (1 = 1 sec.; 2 =3sec.;
3 = 7 sec) and press
§OK§.
Changing the pause after the recall key
You can change the length of the pause if
your PABX requires this (refer to the user
guide for your PABX).
v Open menu.

Press keys.
~ Enter a digit for the length of
the pause (1 = 800 ms;
2 = 1600 ms; 3 = 3200 ms)
and press
§OK§.
Changing a dialling pause
(pause after access code)
Requirement: You have saved an access
code (page 56).
v Open menu.

Press keys.
~ Enter a digit for the length
of the pause (1 = 1 sec.;
2 = 2 sec.; 3 = 3 sec.;
4 = 6 sec.) and press
§OK§.
Switching temporarily to
tone dialling (DTMF)
If your PABX works with dial pulsing (DP),
but you need tone dialling for a call
(e.g. to listen to a T-Net box), you must
switch to tone dialling for the call.
Requirement: You are conducting a call
or have already dialled an external
number.
v Open menu.
Tone Dialing
Select and press
§OK§.
Tone dialling is now activated
for this call only.
