Using additional menu functions
v Open menu.
You have the following options:
Edit Entry
Edit selected appointment.
Delete Entry
Delete selected appointment.
Delete List
Delete all appointments.
Switching off or answering an
appointment reminder
Requirement: An appointment reminder
is sounding.
§Silence§ Press the display key to switch
off the appointment reminder.
Or:
§SMS§ Press display key to answer the
appointment reminder with
an SMS.
Displaying missed
appointments, anniversaries
Missed appointments/anniversaries
(page 17) are displayed in the list Missed
Dates if:
u You don't accept an appointment/anni-
versary.
u The appointment/anniversary was sig-
nalled during a phone call.
u The handset is deactivated at the time
of the appointment/anniversary
The most recent entry is at the start of the
list.
If there is a new appointment/anniversary
in the list, the display shows
§Appoint.§.
Pressing the display key will also open the
Missed Dates list.
Opening the list via the menu:

¢ ì ¢ Missed Dates
s Select appointment/anniver-
sary.
This will display information
about the appointment/anni-
versary. A missed appoint-
ment is marked with ¼, a
missed anniversary with ‚.
§§Delete§ Press the display key to delete
the appointment/anniversary.
Or:
§SMS§ Press the display key to write
an SMS.
a Press and hold (idle status).
If 10 entries are already stored in the list,
the oldest entry will be deleted for the
next appointment reminder.
Emergency number
The phone is supplied with 112 preset as
the emergency number. You can edit or
delete the emergency number.
You can dial the emergency number even
if the keypad lock is activated.
Editing the emergency number

The emergency number is displayed. You
cannot select the number with c from
this menu.
~ Edit emergency number.
© Press the display key.
Save Entry Select and press
§OK§. The entry
is stored.
Dialling the emergency number
You can dial the emergency number even
when the keypad lock is activated
(page 9).
~ Enter emergency number.
c Press the talk key.
