Step by Step
Fax Details and Message on
Answering Machine
If a fax or answering machine is connected to your sys-
tem and you have assigned the "Fax details" function to
a programmable key Page 71, the key lights up when
a fax or a message has been received.
Deactivating indication:
FCN Press the display key.
OK LED icon is red; select and confirm. LED icon changes
to white.
Resetting Services and Functions
(System-Wide Cancellation for a Tele-
phone)
A general reset procedure is available for activated func-
tions. The following functions - if activated - are can-
celled:
• Forwarding on
• Advisory msg. on
• Ringing group on
• Leave group
• Suppress call ID
• Waiting tone off
• DND on
• Ringer cutoff on
• Messages received:
• View callbacks
FCN Press the display key.
OK Confirm.
OK Select and confirm.
