Programming the Handset

Connection Wizard
You can define multiple WLAN access points to guaran-
tee the reception quality within your telephone system.
You can program appropriate connection profiles (up to
16 profiles Page 123).
These are accessed and activated via the connection
wizard.
Automatic Start
If your optiPoint WL 2 professional is out of the WLAN
access point’s range, you receive an error message
( Page 139) and can log on again over the connection
wizard.
Re-Scan Press the display key.

Manual Start
If you deliberately exit the range of your current WLAN
access point (for example, enter another company
building), you can manually select the connection pro-
file.
