Directory
You can use the directory to save station numbers and
additional information on contacts (up to 200 entries).
You can create a new entry:
• via the main menu Pag e 111
• via the menu if an entry is selected Page 114
• by importing from the redial list Page 118
• by importing from the LDAP database Page 117
Possible entry fields are:
•"Name:"
• "First name:"
• "Tel.(Private):"
• "Tel. (Office):"
• "Tel.(Mobile):"
• "Department:"
•"Address:"
• "ZIP code:"
•"City:"
You must enter at least a station number before you can
save an entry.
You can use the Web interface to import a direc-
tory file from your PC to the directory and create
backup copies of your data Page 134.
All station numbers that are assigned to an entry
are available when dialing from the directory
