Statement
This digital apparatus does not exceed the Class B limits for radio noise
emissions from digital apparatus as set out in the interference-causing equipment
standard entitled "Digital Apparatus," ICES-003 of the Department of
Communications.
Cet appareil numerique respecte les limites de bruits radioelectriques applicables
aux appareils numeriques de Classe B prescrites dans la norme sur le materiel
brouilleur: "Appareils Numeriques," NMB-003 edictee par le ministere des
Communications.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and Canadian Standard RSS-
210. Operation is subject to the following conditions:
• This device may not cause harmful interference.
• This device must accept any interference received, including interference that
may cause undesired operation.
• This Class B digital apparatus complies with Canadian ICES-003.
• Operation in the 5150-5250 MHz band is only for indoor usage to reduce
potential for harmful interference to co-channel mobile satellite systems.
• Please note that high power radars are allocated as primary users (meaning
they have priority) and can cause interference in the 5250-5350 MHz and
5470-5725 MHz bands of LE-LAN devices.
• For the product available in the Canadian market, only channels 1 to 11 can
be operated. Selection of other channels in the 2.4 GHz band is not possible.
• The maximum antenna gain permitted for the AP26XX operating in the
5250-5350 MHz band to comply with the e.i.r.p. limit is 4.3 dBi for the internal
antenna and 5 dBi for the default external antenna that is shipped with the
unit. To comply with the e.i.r.p. limit with the optional external antennas, refer
to Table 39.
• The maximum antenna gain permitted for the AP26XX operating in the
5725-5825 MHz band to comply with the e.i.r.p. limit is 4.3 dBi for the internal
antenna and 5 dBi for the default external antenna that is shipped with the
unit. To comply with the e.i.r.p. limit with the optional external antennas, refer
to Table 39.
• The maximum antenna gain permitted for the AP36XX operating in the bands
5250-5350 MHz and 5470-5725 MHz to comply with the e.i.r.p. limit is 6 dBi
for the internal antenna and 5 dBi for the external antenna.
