B: Troubleshooting
S: 12 Internal temperature of device has
exceeded specifications: it is
operating outside its temperature
range.
• Relocate device and/or lower pro-
cess temperature enough to cool
device.
• Inspect for heat-related damage
and contact your local Siemens
representative if repair is required.
• Fault code will persist until a man-
ual reset is performed using PDM
or the LCD interface.
