Parameters
2.7.3.2. Echo Threshold
Sets the minimum echo confidence that the echo must meet in order to
prevent a Loss of Echo condition and the expiration of the Fail-safe (LOE)
timer. When Confidence (2.7.6.1.) exceeds Echo Threshold (2.7.3.2.), the
echo is accepted as a valid echo and is evaluated.
Use this feature when an incorrect material level is reported.
2.7.3.3. Position Detect
Defines where on the echo the distance measurement is determined.
See
Shaper Mode (2.8.4.)
on page 126 for more
details.
If the vessel bottom is being reported as the level instead of the actual
material level (at low conditions), we recommend setting Position to Hybrid
and using it in combination with CLEF Range (2.7.3.4.).
Values
Range: 0 to 99
Default: 5

Note: Selecting Steel or Concrete vessel type in the Quick Start wizard

Options
* RISING (yields highest stability on sloped targets)
CENTER (yields higher accuracy on flat, non-sloped tar-
gets)
HYBRID (CENTER and CLEF)
